The Future Workforce
Trends including digital disruption and an increasingly broad employment demographic means UK workers are set to experience more changes in the next decade than any other. Unum interviewed industry experts and business leaders, and surveyed 3,000 employees on their key motivators and priorities, to gain insight into how the workforce will look 10 years from now.
We were asked to bring the findings to life, reinforcing Unum’s position as thought leaders within the workplace environment and to develop campaign assets raising awareness of the project, driving downloads and therefore data capture for Unum.
Working with the evolving Unum brand VI, we developed a highly engaging, visually rich report that demonstrated the key trends shaping tomorrow’s workforce, the four worker cultures/types, their needs and how business can respond to these needs.
A digital campaign also ran with the Telegraph online which included a re-skin, MPU and leaderboard ads, all driving traffic to the Unum website where visitors could download the report for themselves.
Understanding how the driving forces of change will shape the needs of the workers of the future is a core interest to Unum’s business. Through this campaign, we demonstrate their knowledge of their customer needs, continuing to reinforce their position as leaders in the employee benefits marketplace.
