Creative Education Trust
We were asked to help Creative Education Trust (CET) explore and define their sixth form offering’s overarching position. And, to explore and define how each of the trust’s four individual sixth forms fit with the overarching position, whilst developing their unique brand story and messaging.
The answer
Two messaging workshops were held, attended by leaders from CET, Heads of Sixth Form, key staff, and students from each sixth form. This allowed us to truly understand CET and its sixth forms, how they are unique but yet aligned with each other in terms of core approach and vision, along with what students get from their experience, and what makes them unique from each other and the other establishments they compete within their local areas.
We then developed the CET and specific sixth forms propositions for each, supported by messaging to bring this to life and reinforce the benefits of attending.
The outcome
It was important to ensure each proposition stayed true to each centre, being unique and focused on their particular strengths, whilst aligning all to provide the strong CET thread throughout. The new propositions for each are:
- CET: Be Inspired. Be Brilliant. Be you.
- Hart Sixth Form: Whatever you want to be… Let’s get there together.
- Ash Green Sixth Form: We focus on you… So everyone achieves.
- Abbeyfield Sixth Form: Get equipped. Go further.
- Weavers Sixth Form: Your sixth form. Your future. Your way.
